Refund and cancellation
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the puja and receive a full refund. After that, we cannot cancel.
The cutoff is 48 hours
Cancel or ask for a date change at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. Razorpay may take a few working days to show the money back.
After the cutoff
Inside 48 hours of the puja, or once the priest has taken the sankalp in your name, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. The offerings and the priest’s time are already committed.
How to cancel
WhatsApp or call us with your booking code, the name on the booking, and the phone number you used. Do not rely on email alone if the puja is close.
