This puja is for a family that wants protection, a quieter mind, and some relief from trouble that will not lift. The three are worshipped in one rite: Maa Baglamukhi, who is asked to still hostility; Kaal Bhairav, who is asked to clear fear and harsh planets; and Sankat Mochan Hanuman, who is asked to lift a heavy crisis.
It is offered on Kalashtami, the tithi kept for Kaal Bhairav, the fierce and protective form of Shiva. That day is also used for worship of the Mahavidyas. The sankalp is taken in your name and gotra before the homa begins.
The rite is performed at the Maa Baglamukhi Temple near Pandoh in Himachal Pradesh and at the Kaal Bhairav Temple in Kashi. You do not travel. Within 48 hours after the puja, a video of the priest saying your name is sent to your WhatsApp.
